NONE of the files hosted on this website can be directly linked for download from another external website. External direct links are monitored and will be deleted. This restriction does not apply to files hosted on other sites such as AVSIM or Flightsim.com.

All repaints or modifications to original ARNZ aircraft model and/or scenery files for which permission is granted MUST credit the original creators in both the text file in the archive, the model itself, and any text descriptions uploaded with the file.

All model or model manufacturer names, Airport Names, logos, marks, or other identifiable symbols are the copyrights of said airline, airplane manufacturer and Airport Authority. The likenesses contained at this site are artists interpretations. ARNZ is in no way associated with said companies. 

The files from ARNZ may NOT be sold, traded or bartered for legal tender in any form, or uploaded where a per-file fee to download is charged or some form of paid membership for access is required. This includes CD/DVD/Flash Drive compilations and bonus disks unless permission has been sought in writing beforehand for the file/files to be included on the CD/DVD/Flash Drive. These requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
